DN Solutions Lynx XG600
The DN Solutions Lynx XG600 is a horizontal turning center ideal for grinding quartz and ceramic materials used in the manufacturing process of semiconductor wafers.
Lynx XG600 has excellent machining capabilities with incredibly precise tolerances and a highly rigid bed structure. The machine is equipped a 14.1 kW high-output motor on the main spindle that delivers high productivity for rough and finishing operations.
The grinding spindle of the Lynx XG600 has a maximum rotating speed of 5000 rpm and is fully optimized for cutting quartz and ceramic workpieces that requires high machining precision.
Lynx XG600 has a chuck size of 12” and a large machining area with a maximum turning diameter of 600 mm and a turning length of 100 mm, which improves access to workpieces and tool setting.
