DN Solutions PUMA TW2100
The PUMA TW2100 is an automated twin-spindle turning center with excellent productivity and accuracy.
The TW2100 is equipped with parallel twin spindles and twin live tool turret construction, which makes it well suited for the production of e.g. ring gears or clutch boss applications in the automotive sector.
The turret rotation of the TW2100 is controlled by a servo motor that ensures the rapid and accurate selection of tools. M model machines are furthermore equipped with DN Solutions’s unique BMT turret that provides superior milling performance and higher rigidity.
The PUMA TW/TS series deliver class-leading cutting performance with maximum torque of 404 N·m and can be selected with an automated gantry loader that increases the machine’s productivity even further.
